"I don't see my exact pricing for my company! What happened?!"

  • If your company had company-specific pricing, those prices still apply. The prices listed on this website are for the general public.
  • You can still order your products from this website, and then we can discuss any pricing discrepancies at a later date via a phone call and/or email.

I need my car fixed and an issue diagnosed. Are you a body shop? Can you paint my car? Can you fix my car for me?

  • We are not a body shop. At this time, we are not painting or fixing any cars, but we can certainly refer you to a number of Paint Shops / Body Shops that can try to assist you with any issues that you may have!

Do you sell to private customers? Or do you only sell to other businesses?

  • Our business sells to all customers - including private customers, body shops, other suppliers, other businesses, & etc.

Which paint spray guns do you offer? How much are they? 

  • We offer the C-PRO-16 spray gun ($599.99), C-PRO-14 spray gun ($499.99), and a plethora of other spray paint guns (including "SATA" guns, "Devilbiss", and more).

  • At the moment, the best way to order your products would be to call our staff, and then give them your order.

Delivery / Pickup - Specific Questions

In which ways can I get the products that I ordered?

  • We do offer Free Deliveries to the front door of your business!
    • If your order is called in early enough, then we can sometimes even offer free, same day delivery!
  • We also offer free pickups at the store's primary warehouse location.
  • We also have shipping options available.

What are my payment options? Can I use my Shop Account, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and/or Etc?

  • In person, this business accepts Cash (CoD) and usually checks as well. Other forms of payment plans are sometimes available to select customers.
  • We would advise you to create a free Shop Account and then use the free, "Shopify Payments" tab online in order to get the best, fastest, and easiest customer experience possible.

What is the latest that I can order my products for same day delivery?

  • We will always do our best to offer same day delivery, but we cannot guarantee delivery times (due to driver availability, timing issues, & etc).

Do you sell products outside of Maryland (MD)?

  • We can absolutely ship our products out of state.

What is your return policy? What is the time table for returns?

  • We are committed to your satisfaction. Some products are returnable, others are exchangeable for a limited time, and some returns may qualify for In-Store credit.

Do you offer color matching services?

  • Yes, we offer amazing color matching. We also have a tons of color decks available; so, no matter your color needs, we have exactly what you need to assist you!  Please call us to discuss your options further.

Do you offer price matching?

  • We would love to assist you with price matching as much as possible! Please call us and we can see if we can match (or potentially even beat) all other offerings from other businesses

What are the major paint brands / clear coats that you carry / sell / offer?

  • We offer many different paint brands! Our major brands are: Axalta, Challenger, Nason, & Yatu. We do sell other paint brands as well - please call for availability and more information

Do you carry PPG paint products?

  • No, we do not offer PPG products, but we do offer Axalta, Challenger, Nason, Yatu, and others as well. Please call us for more information and product availability

How much does product installation cost? How long does it take to install a product or paint booth?

  • Product installation costs vary. Please call our office in order to get updates on exact pricing / delivery dates.

Do you have Spanish speakers available to speak with me?

  • We do sometimes have Spanish speakers working with us, but they are not always available - due to high demand.
  • You can always use our website's free to use, "Select Language" button to order your products on our website (often found on the top right of the home page or in bottom left of the navigation menu).
  • If you would like to order in Spanish, please email us, and we will do our best to help you. We make it a part of our mission to always do our best to assist you in your preferred language(s)!

Can I order and pay for my orders online? Can I view my invoices online?

  • Yes, we now do offer online ordering and payments.
  • We currently do not have a way to show invoices online yet, but we are looking into that.
